  • Some products will take significantly longer for manufacturing plus shipping and may be back ordered, requiring multiple shipments to fill your order. This is due to suppliers having limited raw materials and minimal staff for manufacturing and shipping.
  • We may ship UPS, over USPS, where possible, even if you request USPS. Both USPS and UPS are running days behind. USPS said it is NOT updating tracking until the package is delivered because of worker shortages and historic volumes of packages.
  • We don't know the status of, location of or when a package will be delivered. And, we can’t guarantee delivery dates, regardless of the service you request. When you receive a tracking number, your package HAS left our facility. Once shipped, we have no more information available that what is listed on the USPS or UPS tracking websites.
