Provides improved hood alignment side to side and front to back for better hood fitment.
Factory stamped steel hood hinges for 1968-70 AMXs and Javelins are different than 1971-74 AMC Javelins. But these CNC machined billet aluminum hood hinges will fit ALL 1968-74 AMX and Javelin models.
6060 T-6 billet aluminum construction is lightweight and much stronger than your factory hinges
Utilizes sealed ceramic ball bearings with stainless steel nitrogen gas struts for buttery smooth operation and are rebuildable (if ever needed).
Mirror polish will look great for all AMC Javelins and AMXs. They are paintable by you or your body shop if you prefer a factory-style finish.
Works with factory steel, steel/fiberglass, and aftermarket bolt-on fiberglass hoods.
