- Service Response Notice: We have had a major Covid-19 impact to the sales, customer service and technical support areas of our business since August 25th. We are navigating all of the associated challenges as best we can. We are seriously behind in responding to emails and phone calls. To resolve this issue, we are bringing in more sales, customer service, and tech support reps as soon as we can. Orders received after normal business hours, on holidays, or on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed as soon as possible. Please allow additional time for your order to be fulfilled and shipped. Orders may contain back ordered products that will ship separately as soon as they become available.
- Retail Store Walk-In Notice: We are open for business. Phone & online orders ONLY, NO retail walk-in’s due to Covid-19 and new construction. Will call order pick-up is available at our warehouse on a very limited basis and by appointment only (masks required).
- Shipping Notice: We may use UPS for domestic shipments, over USPS, even if you request USPS. Both USPS and UPS are running days behind with the USPS taking substantially longer. USPS Priority mail may take 1-3 weeks longer than the 2-3 days listed by the post office. Shipping carriers may not update shipment tracking until delivery. When you receive a tracking number, your package has left our facility. Once shipped, we have no more information available than what is listed on USPS, UPS, or DHL tracking websites.
- Extended Delays For Product Manufacturing and Availability: Since March 2020, there have been historic demand levels for classic car parts. Raw material availability is scarce. Some suppliers have limited hours with minimal staff. As a result, certain products will require extended lead times. The following lead times are subject to raw material availability and subject to change without notice: Electrical Wiring: 16-18+ weeks for most major wiring. Fiberglass: 4-8 weeks. Interior seat covers, interior panels, door panels: 23 weeks. Seat foam: 4 weeks. Most Edelbrock components: 6-9 months. EFI Command Center: 8 weeks. Control Freak IFS: 2-3 months. Fuel pump rebuild services: 4-6 weeks. Steering wheel restoration services: 3-6 months. Wiring harnesses: 3-4 months. Custom exhaust systems: 4-8 weeks. Custom radios: 4-6 weeks. Other products not listed may have extended lead times as well.
